This Privacy Policy applies to seobysubham.com and all pages, tools, services, and content available through the Site, including the homepage, SEO tools, Guest Posting Services page, Link Building Services pages, and any additional pages or tools that may be added in the future.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that you may access through links on the Site, including WhatsApp, Google, BigRock, or other external services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

The Site does not currently have user accounts, a checkout system, or a traditional contact form. However, certain information may be collected automatically when you visit the Site, or may be provided voluntarily when you contact me.

If you contact me through WhatsApp, email, or phone using contact links on the Site, I may receive the information you choose to provide. This may include:

Tool Usage Data

Some SEO tools available on the Site, including the Meta Title & Description Checker, XML Sitemap Generator, and Free FAQ Schema Generator, are designed to process the information you enter directly in your browser.

Where these tools operate entirely within your browser, the text, URLs, or other information you enter is processed locally on your device and is not intentionally transmitted to or stored on my server.

The one exception is the optional Fetch button in the Meta Title & Description Checker. When you use it, the page URL you enter is sent to my server, which downloads that single public page and returns only its meta tags (such as the title, description, robots, canonical, Open Graph and Twitter tags) and main heading to your browser. The page content and the URL are not stored. To prevent abuse, a short-lived counter linked to your IP address limits how many pages can be fetched in a few minutes and is cleared automatically.

3. Cookies and Google Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its content, performance, and usability.

Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website usage. Depending on your settings and Google's processing, this may include information about your device and browser, pages and events viewed, referring information, and approximate geographic information such as country or city.

Google may use IP address information at the time of data collection to determine approximate location and support its services. Google states that raw IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect certain website features, although the core SEO tools on this Site do not depend on cookies to perform their primary functions.

4. Other Third-Party Services

The Site uses a limited number of third-party services to host, display, analyze, or support website functionality.

BigRock

The Site is hosted on BigRock. BigRock may process or log technical information associated with requests to the Site, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and other standard hosting or security information. BigRock's handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare

The Site uses Cloudflare as a content delivery network and security service in front of its hosting. Requests to the Site pass through Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, and request details in order to deliver pages faster, protect the Site from malicious traffic, and keep it available. The animation library used by the Site is hosted on the Site itself, not loaded from a third party. Cloudflare's handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy.

YouTube

The video on the What Is Link Building page loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play. Until then, nothing is loaded from YouTube. Once the video plays, Google's own privacy policy applies to that video.

WhatsApp / Meta

Contact links on the Site may open WhatsApp using WhatsApp or wa.me links. Once you leave the Site and interact with WhatsApp, your communications are governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own privacy policies and terms, rather than this Privacy Policy. I do not control how WhatsApp or Meta processes information after you are redirected to their services.

5. How I Use Information

Information collected through the Site or voluntarily provided to me may be used to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through WhatsApp, email, or phone
  • Understand and respond to requests concerning SEO, link building, backlinks, guest posting services, or related services
  • Review website, niche, campaign, and SEO information that you voluntarily provide
  • Discuss potential guest posting or link-building campaigns
  • Understand overall Site traffic and visitor behavior

I do not retain personal information indefinitely when there is no reasonable business or legal reason to do so. This Site is intended primarily for business owners, marketers, website owners, and people seeking SEO-related information or services. The Site is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
