This policy applies to seobysubham.com and its three pages: the homepage, the Meta Title & Description Checker tool, the XML Sitemap Generator tool, and the Free FAQ Schema Generator tool. It does not apply to third-party websites you may reach through links on this Site, including WhatsApp, or to any other website operated by Subham Chowdhury.

This Site does not have a contact form, user accounts, or a checkout process, so I don't directly collect names, emails, or payment details through the Site itself. Information reaches me in the following ways:

  • Information you choose to share: If you contact me via WhatsApp, email, or phone using the links on the Site, I receive whatever information you include - such as your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message.
  • Automatically collected data: Like most websites, this Site automatically receives some technical information when you visit, such as your approximate location (city/country level), browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring website. This is collected through Google Analytics, described in Section 3.
  • Tool usage data: The Meta Title & Description Checker, the XML Sitemap Generator and the FAQ Schema Generator run entirely in your browser. Any text or URL you type into these tools is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to, or stored on, my server.

This Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site - for example, which pages are popular and how people found the Site.   • Netlify (hosting): The Site is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard server data such as IP address and request timestamps as part of normal web hosting operations.
  • Google Fonts: Website typography is loaded from Google's font servers.
  • cdnjs (Cloudflare): A small animation library (GSAP) is loaded from cdnjs to power on-scroll visual effects. If it fails to load, the Site remains fully usable.
  • WhatsApp / Meta: Contact links on this Site open WhatsApp using wa.me links. Once you're redirected to WhatsApp, your conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

5. How I Use Information

Information I receive is used only to:

  • Respond to inquiries you send via WhatsApp, email, or phone about link building, backlinks, or guest post services
