How to Request a Refund

  1. Message me on WhatsApp or email [email protected].
  2. Include your PayPal invoice or order details so I can find your payment.
  3. I refund the full amount back to your PayPal account.

Why I Offer This

I agree the scope, price and timeline with you before you pay, I deliver on time, and for monthly services I update a shared Google Sheet every day so you can check the work as it happens. I'm confident in that process, so the risk should be on me, not on you.
