01 · Why Work With Me
Why Work With SEObySubham?
I'm Subham Chowdhury, an SEO specialist with 12+ years of experience in SEO and outreach. Learn more about Subham and my SEO approach.
My approach to guest posting is the same approach I use across link-building campaigns: research first, choose relevant opportunities carefully, and avoid shortcuts that create backlink volume without meaningful value. I don't start with a spreadsheet of domains and try to force a link onto every site - I start with your website, niche, target page and audience, then look for publishers where your content would make sense to the reader, not just where a backlink can be inserted.
Manual Outreach
I research and approach publishers directly, not automated bulk tools or mass placement networks
Relevance First
A publisher's topic, audience and content matter more than a single DA or DR number
Quality Control
Publisher quality, content quality and placement context are reviewed before a placement is treated as suitable.
Transparent reporting
You receive the live placement details so you can see where your content was published and how the link was placed.
02 · The Basics
What Is Guest Posting?
Guest posting is the practice of contributing an article to another website, usually because the topic is relevant to that site's audience and the contributor has something useful to add.
For a business, a well-chosen guest post can put its expertise in front of a relevant audience, create a useful referral path, strengthen brand visibility and, where the publisher's link policy allows it, provide a contextual reference to a relevant page.
The important part is the fit.
A good guest post should make sense even if you remove the backlink. The article should answer a genuine question, contribute something useful to the publisher's readers and fit naturally with the site's existing content.
That is very different from publishing thin articles on unrelated websites simply to create as many backlinks as possible.
If the answer is no, the placement probably needs another look.
Example placement, in context

...documenting each step as you go matters more once the team grows. Teams that outgrow spreadsheets often turn to dedicated onboarding software to keep the process consistent as new hires join. Whichever route you choose, the goal is the same...
The link sits inside a sentence that would make sense with or without it - not bolted onto unrelated text.
03 · The Honest Answer
Does Guest Posting Still Work for SEO?
Guest posting can still be useful in 2026 - but it isn't a guaranteed rankings shortcut. The value of a guest post depends heavily on where it is published, why the article exists, how useful the content is, and whether the placement genuinely fits the publisher and its audience.
A relevant publication can provide more than a backlink. It can put your brand in front of people who already care about your topic, generate referral visits, support brand visibility and create useful connections within your industry.
The SEO value depends on how the placement is created and used.
Google's spam policies specifically warn against creating links primarily to manipulate rankings, including paid articles or guest posts where links are used to pass ranking credit - paid or sponsored links should be appropriately qualified according to Google's guidance. That's why I don't sell guest posting as a guaranteed ranking formula.
My approach is to focus on relevant publishers, useful and original content, natural editorial context, appropriate link placement, healthy websites and transparent reporting. Guest posting can be one part of a broader link building strategy - it should not be treated as the entire strategy.
04 · Quality Framework
What Makes a High-Quality Guest Post?
A high-quality guest post is not defined by DA alone. I look at the relationship between the publisher, the content, the audience and the placement.
Relevant Website
The publisher should cover topics that genuinely overlap with your industry, product, service or target audience.
Real Audience
The site should show signs of genuine readership and organic visibility rather than existing primarily to publish paid links.
Useful Content
The article should answer a real question, provide useful information or offer a perspective that belongs on the publisher's site.
Natural Context
Any reference to your website should make sense within the surrounding content rather than feeling inserted only to create a backlink.
Healthy Website
I look at the site's content quality, publishing behavior, organic visibility, outbound linking patterns and overall history.
Editorial Fit
The article should look and feel like something the publisher would reasonably publish-even without your brand being involved.
05 · Signature Process
How I Evaluate Guest Posting Websites
DA and DR are useful reference points, but they are not enough to approve a publisher.
Publisher Quality Check
A website can have an impressive third-party metric and still be a poor placement if its traffic is weak, its content is unrelated, or its pages are overloaded with promotional links
Topical Relevance
Does the website consistently publish content related to your industry or audience? I look beyond the homepage category and review the site's actual content.
Organic Visibility
Does the website appear to have genuine visibility in search? Third-party traffic estimates can be useful, but I treat them as estimates-not as proof of quality.
Traffic Quality
Where does the site's traffic appear to come from? A large traffic number means little if the audience is unrelated to your target market or the traffic pattern looks abnormal.
Content Quality
I review recently published articles to understand whether the site produces useful, original and well-structured content.
Publishing Pattern
Does the site publish consistently? A sudden stream of unrelated promotional articles can be a warning sign.
Outbound Link Profile
I look at how the website links out. If a site appears to publish large volumes of unrelated commercial links, I treat that as a quality concern.
Website History
Where appropriate, I look for signs of major changes, declining visibility, suspicious ownership changes or other historical issues.
Indexation
Important pages should be accessible to search engines and the site should show normal signs of being crawled and indexed.
Audience Fit
Would someone who reads this website realistically be interested in your company, service or content?
Placement Context
Finally, where would the article and reference actually appear? A relevant article with a natural contextual reference is very different from a low-quality page created only to host a link.
06 · Why Metrics Mislead
Why I Don't Choose Guest Post Sites by DA Alone
DA and DR are third-party metrics. They can help compare websites, but they are not Google metrics and they do not tell the whole story.
High DA doesn't automatically mean high quality
Site A · IllustrativeDA 70
- Irrelevant niche
- Weak organic visibility
- Thin or repetitive content
- Heavy promotional linking
- Poor audience fit
A lower metric can still be relevant
Site B · IllustrativeDA 40
- Relevant topic
- Genuine organic visibility
- Useful content
- Relevant audience
- Healthier publishing pattern
The point is not that DA 40 is always better than DA 70. The point is that the metric needs context.I use authority metrics as one part of the evaluation-not as the final decision.

What I Don't Do
A quality-first guest posting service should be defined by what it refuses to do.

Guest Posting vs Other Link Building Strategies
Guest posting is one tool among several - here's how it compares.
Guest Posting

- Outreach Required
- Manual, per publisher
- Placement Control
- High - topic and angle are planned upfront
- Main Strength
- A specific, controllable, contextual placement
Niche Edits
- Content Required
- None - link added to existing content
- Outreach Required
- Manual, per site owner
- Placement Control
- Lower - depends on existing article
- Main Strength
- A link inside content that's already ranking
Broken Link Building
- Content Required
- A resource to replace the dead link
- Outreach Required
- Manual, flagging the broken link
- Placement Control
- Depends on the site owner accepting the fix
- Main Strength
- Genuinely helps the site owner, not just you
Digital PR
- Content Required
- Original research or data worth citing
- Outreach Required
- Journalist and publisher pitching
- Placement Control
- Low - coverage depends on interest
- Main Strength
- Multiple links from a single story
Guest posting isn't automatically better than every other tactic. The right strategy depends on your website, content assets, niche and campaign goals.
13 · Who This Is For
This Service Is a Good Fit For
It may not be the right first step for a website with major technical SEO problems, weak target pages or no useful content to promote.
14 · An Honest Note
When Guest Posting May Not Be the Right Strategy
Guest posting isn't automatically the right first move for every website. It's usually not the priority when:
Your site has serious technical SEO issues that need fixing before backlinks can help at all.
The pages you want links pointed at are thin or not yet worth linking to.
Your existing backlink profile has quality problems that should be cleaned up first.
There simply aren't enough genuinely relevant publishers in your niche yet to make a campaign worthwhile.
Your campaign is focused only on buying the cheapest possible links.
If the goal is simply to maximize the number of backlinks for the lowest possible cost, this is probably not the right service.

16 · What Clients Say
What Clients Say
Verified client feedback from my SEO and link-building work.
First time working with Subham. Fantastic. He was extremely patient in explaining the whole process and the difference between his different gigs. He advised me which gig would be more helpful to me at this initial stage. Saw the superblogs done up. Looks very good. Now to wait for the results. Will definitely return to seek his help again.
I checked all backlinks he provided and they all point to my website and seem to be do-follow links as agreed. I would recommend and will probably be working with Subham again.
Subham was a great help from the start. I asked a few questions early on as I was unsure how the process worked and he helped steer me through to get things started. Subham completed the job in the time he promised and I looked forward to working with him again.
Great links, good content delivered fast!

17 · FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
A guest posting service finds relevant websites willing to publish original content, then places a useful article on that website with a natural backlink to your site. It combines publisher research, outreach, content creation and placement into one managed process instead of leaving you to find and pitch websites yourself.
A guest post can pass link equity to your site, expose your brand to a publisher's existing audience, and send direct referral traffic when readers click through. The SEO value depends heavily on the publisher's relevance and quality - a well-placed post on a genuinely related site is worth far more than a bulk placement on an unrelated one.
Yes, when it's done for the right reasons. Google's guidance targets link schemes built purely to manipulate rankings, not guest content that genuinely helps a publisher's audience. Guest posting that prioritizes relevance, useful content and real editorial fit still has a place in a healthy link building strategy.
I evaluate topical relevance, organic visibility, traffic quality, content quality, publishing pattern, outbound link profile, site history, indexation, audience fit and placement context. Domain Authority and Domain Rating are checked too, but only as supporting signals - not the deciding factor.
Yes. Organic visibility and traffic quality are two of the ten checks in the publisher vetting process - a site with no real visitors is a weak opportunity regardless of its other metrics.
No. Domain Authority is a supporting signal, not a complete quality assessment. A high-DA site with weak relevance, thin organic traffic or a spammy outbound link profile is often a worse opportunity than a moderate-DA site with a real, engaged, topically relevant audience.
Yes. Content is researched and written specifically for the target publisher and its audience, matching their tone and editorial standards, rather than reused or spun from generic templates.
Yes. Links are placed inside a relevant paragraph of the article itself, where they make sense to a reader - not dropped into an author bio or an unrelated sentence just to check a box.
Yes. You'll see the proposed publisher and the planned topic before content is written and before anything goes live, so you're never surprised by where your backlink ends up.
Timelines depend on publisher availability, content requirements and how many placements are in the campaign. Manual outreach and editorial review take real time - the process favors getting the right placement over rushing to hit a deadline.
Yes. Publisher research, content and volume are tailored to your niche, target pages and goals rather than following one fixed package for every client.
Not automatically. Guest posting works best once your site's technical SEO and target pages are in reasonable shape. If there are bigger issues to fix first, that's the honest recommendation - see the section above on when guest posting may not be the right strategy.
Pricing depends on publisher quality, relevance, content requirements and campaign scope, so there's no single flat rate. Message me with your niche and goals and I'll put together a plan with clear pricing for your situation.
No, and any service that guarantees rankings from guest posting alone should be treated with caution. Rankings depend on content quality, technical SEO, competition and many other factors beyond backlinks. Guest posting supports a broader SEO strategy - it isn't a rankings switch on its own.
It can, if it's done carelessly - placements on unrelated or low-quality sites, over-optimized anchor text, or content that exists purely to host a link. That's exactly why publisher vetting and natural placement matter more than simply accumulating guest posts.
No. Private blog networks and similar manipulative link schemes aren't part of this service. Placements go on independently run websites with their own audiences.
