On Elite you can set the country as a firm requirement; on Essential and Advanced I’ll favor publishers in that market wherever your niche allows.

Ask four questions before you pay. Can you see and approve each site first? Does each site get organic traffic from US readers, rather than only a high DA? Is the price fixed per post, including the article and the publisher’s fee? Is there a written guarantee if the link is removed? A provider that can’t answer all four clearly is a risk.
